In the event of a technical error on our platform that results in overcharging or incorrect billing, Taxi Rider will rectify the issue and provide a full refund. If Taxi Rider fails to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
