Cancellation Policy for Taxi Rider

You can cancel your taxi booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

If you cancel your booking outside of the cancellation window, you may charge a fee, which can vary in amount. This fee is typically higher if you cancel very close to the pick-up time.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of Rs. 250.
